Bid-build modules

Hard Dollar added two new modules to its software suite — Change Management and Pay Requests & Approvals — that offer additional profit-capturing functionality to customers.

The Change Management module automatically monitors the job for any changes that affect the job’s cost or price, such as changes in scope or modifications to existing items. By automatically tracking these changes in a log, and calculating the before and after financial impact of each, software users have the documentation to ensure payment for extra work performed.

The Pay Requests & Approvals module makes it easy to provide accounting with the information required to invoice customers and pay subcontractors and suppliers accurately and timely. With this module, software users can automate what is often a manual, time-consuming process.
