GPS mapping system

Mid-Tech’s Roadway Management System records the placement of up to six chemicals or chemical mixtures during roadside application. Operator performing application, vehicle used, date, time, and weather conditions also are recorded. A built-in chemical calculator function deduces the amount of chemicals needed to guarantee consistency during subsequent applications. Using GPS mapping technology and an on-board mobile computer, georeferenced data can be downloaded and layered with other information to generate maps at the site to allow correction of skips before leaving a region.
