The ATSSF launched the Roadway Worker Memorial Scholarship Program to provide financial assistance for post-high school education to the children of roadway workers killed or permanently disabled in work zones.  ATSSF also supports a traveling exhibition "Respect and Remembrance Reflections of Life on the Road" to honor those men and women who have died in work zones.

The ARTBA-TDF was established in 1984 as a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt entity to promote education and research initiatives. Corporate and personal contributions to support the activities of the Foundation are fully tax deductible. The ARTBA-TDF supports activities like:

Special Olympics

Special Olympics is an international organization dedicated to empowering individuals with mental retardation to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. Special Olympics offers children and adults with mental retardation year-round training and competition in 26 Olympic-type summer and winter sports. There is no cost to participate in Special Olympics.
